Aaron is our founding member and manager. For more than 15 years Aaron has dedicated his practice to representing real estate owners and operators in all legal aspects. Aaron has fought for property owner’s rights at all levels of Michigan’s Courts and in the Federal Courts for Michigan, including the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Through Aaron’s efforts his clients have seen consistent results in the areas of evictions, collections, commercial litigation. Aaron has also successfully held municipalities accountable for unlawful ordinance enforcement, and has even helped his clients obtain the landmark ruling in Rafaeli v. Oakland County, where the Michigan Supreme Court found that Aaron’s client was entitled to surplus proceeds generated from the tax foreclosure of its home. Aaron works tirelessly to ensure his clients consistently receive the superior legal service his exacting standards set for the office.
