Shannon has been in the legal field for 8 year and currently the collections manager for LOADC where she has been since 2017. She oversees all aspects of the collection department to ensure files and cases are being executed efficiently for the best possible outcome for our clients. Shannon recently graduated with an Associates Degree in Business – Paralegal Studies with a certificate of achievement in legal studies & Paralegal studies.
